Paige Rockhill, LAC, was born and raised in Monmouth County and is therefore familiar with essential aspects of this community. She enjoys discussing this common ground with her clients and hopes that they may find comfort in her familiarity with this area.  

Paige received her BA from The College of New Jersey, majoring in Counseling Psychology and minoring in Social Justice Studies. During her undergraduate career, she was a member of several honor societies and community service organizations. She continued to pursue her passion for counseling psychology by attending graduate school at Lehigh University, where she obtained her M.Ed.   

 Paige dedicated over a year of her time at Lehigh University to an internship serving marginalized populations in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Through this experience, she developed her multicultural competence by working with individuals with differing abilities, sexual orientations, and racial, socioeconomic, and religious identities. Additionally, she developed her theoretical orientation as an integrative therapist while working with clients diagnosed with various disorders such as Autism, ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, PTSD, and Depression. Paige’s integrative approach incorporates aspects of several different therapeutic orientations, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Feminist Therapy.   

As a counselor, she greatly values continuing her education and attends workshops and trainings so that she may implement evidence-based interventions. Her participation in these opportunities has helped her to expand her knowledge of Child-Centered Play Therapy and techniques for handling youth mental health crises.   

When she is not working, Paige enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and three pugs. Some of her hobbies include photography, graphic design, and solving puzzles.
